A private, in-person session with Tomomi Akasu, registered nurse in Japan and founder of Elegant Aging, in Nihonbashi, Tokyo. Tomomi will guide you personally in English.

View live images of a drop of your own blood through a dark-field microscope, then reflect on your food, hydration, sleep and everyday habits. You collect the drop yourself using a dedicated self-sampling device, with a nurse beside you to guide you.

How to book

1. Select an available date and time in the booking calendar. Appointments take place in Japan; check the time zone shown before confirming.
2. Confirm your selected appointment and proceed to checkout.
3. Complete payment. Advance payment is normally required to secure your booking.
4. Check your confirmation email, then complete the pre-session questionnaire.

Your visit

Usual appointment start times: Monday, Wednesday and Friday at 10:00, 11:30, 13:00, 14:30 and 16:00, Japan Standard Time (UTC+9). Other days by arrangement. Please use the calendar to check actual availability.
