Delivery timing (for products requiring shipping)
Products are dispatched within 7–10 days after payment has been confirmed. For delivery to Hokkaido, Kyushu or Shikoku, arrival is generally 2–3 days after dispatch.
Defective products, returns and refunds
Please check your products on arrival. We will promptly replace the following free of charge. Please contact us within two days of receiving your order:
- A product different from the one ordered was delivered.
- The product was damaged, such as torn packaging.
- The product was incomplete, such as missing items in a set.
