How to order
1. Open the product page and proceed to purchase
- Select the options described on the product page.
- To purchase more than one product, select “Add to cart” before browsing other products.
2. Enter your contact and delivery details
If you already have an account, you can sign in. Enter your email address as requested at checkout.
3. Select your payment method and delivery options
Credit-card payment is available.
4. Complete your order
Review your details and complete your order. We will email an order confirmation to the address you entered. Please check the confirmation. For orders requiring shipping, please allow time for your products to arrive.

Returns and refunds
| Eligible returns | We accept returns only if a different product was delivered, the product was damaged (such as torn packaging), or the order was incomplete (such as missing items in a set). |

| Refunds | We will contact you after confirming that the returned product has arrived. The refund process depends on the original payment method. Credit-card refunds are processed through your card issuer. Timing varies by issuer. If processing does not meet the card issuer's statement closing date, the full charge may be collected first and refunded in the following month or later. |
